They are responsible in aiding customers to address their concerns, complains and issues. Provide product and service information, take orders and process returns.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:
• To work in the Philippines at legal age
• Preferably a graduate of secondary education.
• Good communication skills in English;
• With or without BPO experience.
• Willing to take up changing schedules.
• Ready to work at Bacolod, Cebu or Davao
