Duties:
•Provide advice related to Travel and Hotel business such as tourist attractions, flight bookings, holiday sales/ promos, Hotel reservations and more.
• Do the proper documentation of customers' inquirers and responses for future reference.
•Work in a fast paced environment and multitask
•Handle customers complains in a professional and polite manner
•Provide exceptional and outstanding customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
•at least High School graduate
•Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply
•Experience is preferred but not required.
•Average to excellent English communication skills
•Computer literate and good web navigation skills
Compensation and Benefits:
•.Base pay of 13,000-15,000
•Allowances (Clothing, Rice, Transportation)
•Performance and Attendance Incentives
