Dining Staff - Bacolod City

Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Assist all reasonable requests from guest to ensure their comfort
Explain menu items to customers
Answer questions from customers about food and beverages
Up-sell additional food and beverage products to the customers
Share information with customers about the status of their orders
Ensure that customer orders are assembled properly in the kitchen

Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short course certificate,
bachelor's/college degree in any field
With least 3 months of working experience in food and beverage industry is
required in this position
Must be GOOD LOOKING, with above average communication skills and outgoing personality
Must be service-oriented and good in handling guest complaints
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Must be flexible, attentive, proactive and honest
Willing to be train as multi-tasking employee
